Premium goes Prime
Alfa Laval is a world leader in fluid handling equipment, so when the Alfa Laval Sanitary Equipment asked W to help launch a new addition to their premium pump portfolio to the world, we were very excited. With the new pump, Alfa Laval LKH Prime, Alfa Laval sets a new standard in self-priming pump technology for a range of industries, from food to pharmaceuticals.
To get an understanding of what key values the new pump would actually bring to the target audiences, we started off by gathering insights from the sales organizations around the world. This way, we were able to identify primary and secondary key messages as well as write an elevator pitch forming the base for the creative concept development and the communication materials. The concept, “Premium goes Prime”, includes a range of communication materials, including an internal guide to support sales and local activation for the global launch. We also adapted the concept to suit the most stringent requirements from industries such as pharmaceuticals.
