W together with Trelleborg Group HR and Group Communication developed an employer branding concept. During the launch period, Trelleborg identified that they wanted more examples of how HR and the Marketing functions could use the Employer Branding concept.
Therefore, they once again approached W to help them visualize and exemplify the way employees could work with Trelleborg employer branding concept through a simple, but clear hands-on guide.
After reviewing and discussing the brief, W suggested the development of a digital interactive guide that could be integrated on the Trelleborg Intranet and be accessible from any connected device. The solution from W was able to handle both animations and videos in the form of an interactive booklet, where the content could come to life in a positive way.
The result was a guide that supported HR and the Marketing functions in better understanding:
