Since 1919, Bona develops products for the installation, maintenance and renovation of premium floors. One hundred years later, Bona celebrated their big milestone with an anniversary theme and material for their distributor congress. As part of the work, W was given the challenge to show how people at Bona live the core values – passion, performance and pioneering.
By marrying our love for film and our experience within employer branding, W proposed and produced 3 short films with employees sharing a cup of coffee while discussing what the Bona values mean to them and how they are addressing them in their day-to-day work.
The W team developed the format, and to make it all as natural as possible we worked without a script. Bona developed the questions to be covered, and the employees simply address them in their own words. The result was a relaxed, natural feeling to the final films, which were posted on the Bona LinkedIn page and their intranet as part of the Bona 100-year anniversary celebrations.
