Delivering employer branding messages and company values internally is a long-term effort. Not least at an international company that regularly acquires new businesses. So, after the successful “Sharing is Caring” initiative for Inwido, W was asked to communicate their endorsement branding called “We ARE Inwido” internally, to show that ‘stronger together’ is not just a saying, but something that the different product brands is living proof of in their everyday work, by being part of the Inwido Group.
Inwido is Europe’s largest company within windows and a leading door supplier, owning multiple product brands, all with their own identity and history.
To follow-up on the dialogue-creating “Sharing is Caring” initiative, we proposed developing an animated film that conveys what Inwido stands for and showing how the strengths of the different products brands unite to one, powerful Inwido Group. The film is presented by animated personas representing the coworkers at Inwido. Characters party based on real people within the organization that creates recognition.
The film was distributed internally through the Intranet as well as at internal meetings. The response was very positive and the film characters will live on as ambassadors for different topics within Inwido’s internal communication plan. The film has also become a tool for introducing new co-workers at Inwido.
