Åse, the Queen of creativity! With a bachelor’s degree in graphic design and more than ten years’ of practice, Åse has a broad range of creative skills. She translates brand strategies into visual poetry, and complicated identities into impactful designs.

Tilde keeps the W office running, and supports projects with a sharp eye for structure, consistency and tone. She manages our digital presence, internal workflows and events with calm, reliable energy. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communication from Lund University.
